The aim of the association is to foster the strategic development of enterprise centres in the region.
Particular emphasis is being placed on nurturing startup businesses thereby facilitating the growth of indigenous business and retaining existing businesses..

The members of SEECA aim to raise the profile of enterprise centres by extending and broadening the range of business support and services offered to the local businesses in partnership with local agencies.
The enterprise centres are located in both urban and rural settings in the counties of Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow.
Enterprise Centres are raising the standards in terms of infrastructure and services in order to attract businesses into the region.
