Dunhill Enterprise Centre
The Dunhill Enterprise Centre is part of the Dunhill business Park located in Dunhill Co Waterford. DFBA Community Enterprises Ltd. is a rural development company representing three neighbouring villages Dunhill- Fenor-Boatstrand and Annestown in east county Waterford. The Enterprise Park has 29,000 Sq Ft of Enterprise space. There are seventeen enterprises operating a wide range of businesses and services from the business park. The initiative is managed by DFBA Community Enterprises Ltd.
In addition to providing enterprise space and facilities for startup businesses, the community is involved with other initiatives including economic, cultural, heritage, environmental. These include the refurbishment of Dunhill Castle and Fenor Bog.
The Dunhill Multi Education Centre, which is based in the centre offers a wide IT classes for all ages and abilities as well as courses run by Waterford Institute of Technology and the National College of Ireland
The centre was selected to participate in the Connected Communities Initiative. a project spearheaded by the South-East Regional Authority to help communities in the region to benefit from information and communication technology. The aim of this project is to make mobile and internet technologies accessible to these communities. 
The mission statement of this community is “to develop our community economically, culturally and socially by harnessing the skills and resources available”.
The Enterprise Centre is an integral part of this development Rural communities like Dunhill are working towards the development of their area by retaining businesses and creating employment in their communities. The Dunhill Enterprise Centre is an excellent example of a rural community addressing these issues.
